We are searching for an experienced Payroll Manager

RSM UKManagement Limited provides in-house payroll services for the RSM UK Group. UsingWorkday's UK Payroll and other payroll software, we are responsible for internalpayrolls currently totalling over 5,000 employees.
Thisis a pivotal role reporting to the National Finance Leadership team, accountablefor providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the deliveryof premium service to our stakeholders now and into the future.
You'll make an impact by:
1. Aligning payroll operations with the broader organisationalgoals. They will focus on optimisingprocesses, leveraging data for decision making, and proactively responding tpliance and risk management requirements
2. Building strong andenduring relationships with stakeholders, with the ability to prioritise workloads and proactively manage expectations,leverage digital innovation, embrace advances in technology, and be anactive problem solver to ensure the short-, medium-, and long-term success
3. Overseeing Payroll Operations to ensure accurateand timelypletion of monthly and annual payroll in accordance with thetax and regulatory frameworks
4. Regular data led reporting is a prerequisitecovering performance indicators, project updates and the usual statutory, tax anpliance reporting
What we are looking for:

5. 3 years+ experience managing a payroll team
6. Working knowledge of Workday payroll software
7. Superior stakeholder management, able to prioritiseand manage deadlines. Providing cleamunications that manage expectations
8. Detailed practical knowledge of statutory & legislative regulations, including workplace pensions
9. Dealing with highvolume payrolls
10. Professional payroll qualifications or demonstratable experience
11. A thorough understanding of the technical, legislative and regulatory payroll matter
