Salary: Up to £26,257.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)
Circle National Enquiry Centre in Glasgow is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
We have an opportunity for a Patient Services Advisor to join their team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties Of This Role Include
* Handle inbound NHS enquiries via telephone and email from patients and clinicians, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Use multiple CHG systems to book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments accurately and efficiently.
* Consistently meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure contractual obligations are achieved.
* Record all interactions accurately across multiple CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date and complete patient records.
* Comply with all CHG Policies and Procedures relevant to this role, ensuring awareness of personal responsibilities.
* Demonstrate an understanding of and compliance with regulatory requirements, including safeguarding policies for children and vulnerable adults.
