Care Concern Group is delighted to bring a senior opportunity to market. Due to acquisitions and commissioning projects across Scotland, we are looking to appoint an Estate Manager to support and advise the wider group in property maintenance, compliance, and development.

Contract: Full Time
Salary: £50,000 Per Annum

Contracted hours: 37.5
Location: Home-Based with Travel Across Scotland (Overnight Stays as Required)
Reports to: Group Estates Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
* MRICS, MCIOB, or proven ability and experience in building surveying.
* Strong experience in JCT contract documentation and administration.
* Solid understanding of fire, legionella, and asbestos risk management.
* Familiar with commercial Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
* Experience working within the care home environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing the estate across the group, with overnight stays as needed.
* Leading refurbishment projects up to £2M, including specifications, contractor management, and payments.
* Conducting pre-acquisition and dilapidation surveys.
* Performing annual condition surveys and managing reactive and preventative maintenance.
* Overseeing service contracts and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
