We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Outreach Manager to support the growth of our forward-thinking leadership development business (Eighty Growth Academy). This role is part-time (2–3 days per week) and ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing, outreach, and content strategy who enjoys working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment. Our business is centred around Extraordinary Leader and Confident Leader — transformational leadership programs — and led by Anna Mosley, an award-winning high-performance leadership coach and international motivational speaker. Anna has supported the likes of L’Oreal, LinkedIn, ghd and Red Bull but her ideal clients are fast-growing founder-led businesses in the tech and recruitment sectors. Key Responsibilities • Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a marketing strategy for Extraordinary Leader and Confident Leader to reach new leads and engage existing clients on a modest budget. • Outreach & PR: Create target lists and reach out to event organizers and podcasters to secure speaking engagements and podcast interviews. Schedule and coordinate meetings for Anna. • Promotional Materials: Collaborate with Eighty’s graphic designer to create promotional assets, product collateral, and promotional reels. • Campaign Performance: Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes. • CRM Management: Use Eighty’s CRM to record outreach, store contacts, track status, and maintain communication logs for team visibility and continuity. • Media Opportunities: Identify press, partnerships, and media opportunities aligned with leadership, wellbeing, high-performance, and business growth. • Awards & Recognition: Research awards suitable for Anna and Eighty, prepare a submissions list, and complete entries. • LinkedIn Growth: Grow Anna’s personal LinkedIn following and manage Eighty’s LinkedIn business page. • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy for LinkedIn and social channels to increase engagement and visibility. • Email Campaigns: Manage and execute email campaigns using our CRM to nurture leads and clients. Additional Desirable Skills • Basic SEO knowledge to optimize content visibility. • Ability to repurpose existing content (talks, frameworks, articles) into posts, carousels, or emails. • Familiarity with paid ads (LinkedIn/Meta) for small-scale campaigns. • Strong written communication skills with attention to brand voice and messaging. • Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders (speaker, graphic designer, clients).
