Oxford Products Ltd is one of the world's leading suppliers of products to the two-wheeled industry (motorcycle & bicycle). Established in 1973, we are still a family business with over 160 staff based in a bespoke 100,000 sqft distribution facility.
Whilst expanding our existing site to include a media production centre for in-house photography and videography, we have also recently acquired an additional office building to house our growing design, development, and research teams.
Our products are distributed by our partners in over 90 countries. Our huge range of products encompasses everything, which makes life on bikes better: from clothing and helmets to accessories, hard parts, locks, luggage, and more
We are now looking for warehouse operatives at our Witney HQ, to add to our warehouse team.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is passionate about efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Unloading Deliveries: Manually unload containers and articulated Lorries with care and efficiency.
* Checking Deliveries: Inspect and verify incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Stock Management: Locate and replenish stock as needed, maintaining an organised warehouse.
* Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and stock locations.
* RF Scanner Operations: Utilise RF scanners for efficient stock handling (experience advantageous).
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:15pm
* Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
What we're looking for:
* Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
* A current forklift license is essential, with pivot-steer experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to work in a team.
* Previous warehouse or Goods-In experience is desirable but not essential.
