Responsibilities
:
1. Help to establish and support MCAernance structure.
2. Ensure BRCC and otherernance materials areplete, accurate and timely
3. Spearhead MCA and Risk ID related projects
4. Work closely with all MCA team pillars to ensure consistent and collaborative approach
5. Produce and assess MCA quality metrics and engage relevant teams for remediation /escalation
6. Collaborate with first and second line teams, as well as related partner areas to investigate and resolve control issues
7. Leadponents of the MCA transformation work as required by the Global Consent Order remediation program
8. Represent ICM at ICGernance forums and take ownership of submissions / follow-ups
Qualifications and skills required:
9. Relevant work experience in Financial Services in Business Risk, Operational Risk,pliance, and/orernance and control
10. Proven experience in Risk Management, including monitoring and identification of risks within relevant department and enterprise organization
11. Proven experience in independently handling enhancement projects and interacting with teams across all lines of defense
12. Excellent presentation skills' ability to present findings and adjust accordingly to appropriate audience
13. Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details
14. Excellent written and verbalmunication
15. Interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization and across different geographic locations
16. A proactive and "no surprises" approach inmunicating issues
17. Range of experience demonstrating flexibility in skillset and approach
18. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
19. Undergraduate degree required
