Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and growing law firm to recruit a Partner or Director to join and expand its Commercial Property team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter with a minimum of 7 years’ PQE in commercial property matters and a strong background in renewable energy projects.
The Role This is a senior appointment offering a high level of autonomy and influence.
The role will involve advising developers, landowners and organisations on a wide range of matters, including:
Acquisition of wind, hydro and solar sites
Renewable energy projects across hydro, wave, tidal, onshore and offshore wind
Strategic commercial property advice linked to major infrastructure developmentsThe position is Edinburgh office-based, with opportunities to travel throughout the UK to meet clients and develop business opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 7 years’ PQE in commercial property
Preferably Scottish qualified, or dual-qualified (Scottish and English)
Proven experience advising on renewable energy projectsBenefits
