Business Analyst- Case Management Systems- CRM Dynamics
InterQuest Group is seeking a Business Analyst with comprehensive experience in supporting case management system projects on CRM Dynamics to assist our client with a digital transformation project.
Responsibilities:
* End-to-end process mapping and redesign to enhance current case management systems and processes on CRM Dynamics, transforming user journey and experience.
Essential Experience:
* Strong core Business Analysis skills, including requirements capture and business process mapping.
* Proven experience working on case management system projects using Microsoft CRM Dynamics.
* Knowledge of case management systems and related processes.
* Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft CRM Dynamics, including familiarity with its capabilities.
* Understanding of web accessibility standards (GDS) and customer journey improvements.
* Experience with digital front door services and redesign initiatives.
* Experience supporting Agile transformation projects, including upskilling and knowledge transfer.
This is a 6-month contract role requiring 2 days per week on-site in Manchester.
