Production Operator - Bespoke Gifts
Pay Rate: ?12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
(Some weekend work required at the end of November and December)
Location: Near Pershore (own transport required due to location)
Contract: Temp to perm for the right candidate
About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our creative team near Pershore. You'll be helping to produce beautiful, high-quality personalised gifts, playing a key role in crafting products that make every occasion special.
Key Responsibilities
. Operate heat print and engraving machines with precision and care
. Work with sublimation processes, imprinting, and jewellery making
. Maintain excellent attention to detail to ensure top-quality personalised products
. Support the production team in meeting deadlines and maintaining efficiency
. Uphold company standards for quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship
What We're Looking For
. A positive, hands-on attitude and good attention to detail
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
. Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential - full training provided
. Reliable and flexible, especially during peak periods
