Role details
They are now seeking a Director of Services to lead their support programmes and ensure they remain impactful and future-ready. This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing their services, overseeing safeguarding practices, and shaping the direction of their preventative and financial support programmes.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Services will lead and develop their services, championing the needs of horticulturalists and their families. They will play a vital role in expanding Perennial's reach, including building strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
* Lead and develop Perennial's services, ensuring they remain impactful and future-ready.
* Oversee safeguarding practices within all service delivery.
* Shape the direction of preventative and financial support programmes.
* As part of the Senior Leadership Team, champion the needs of horticulturalists and their families.
* Expand Perennial's reach by building strong relationships with external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in service delivery and a track record of leading complex programmes.
* Strong decision-making skills and the ability to transform and expand the reach of services.
* Ability to lead, develop teams, and work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
