First 6 weeks (training period): £12.21 per hour
After 6 weeks: £12.41 per hour
After 12 weeks: Increased holiday entitlement
Overtime Rates: x1.5 on weekdays, x2 on Sundays
Working Hours: 37 hours per week Weekly Pay
Training Period (First 6 Weeks):
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM 4:15 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM 11:30 AM
Post-Training:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM 4:15 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM 11:30 AM
