Job Title: Care Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Report any changes in clients' condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
