Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated team member to perform integration tasks following the instructions of the Integration Manager and Integration Engineer. This role will involve following task plans, ensuring high-quality standards, meeting production deadlines, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
What will be your responsibilities:
1. Task Execution: Carry out tasks based on instructions provided by the Integration Manager and Integration Engineer.
2. Task Planning: Follow the planned integration tasks.
3. Attendance & Timeliness: Ensure punctuality with entry/exit times, breaks, and task durations.
4. Facility Maintenance: Maintain facilities, equipment, and tools in good condition.
5. Collaborative Communication: Maintain positive and assertive communication with colleagues from other sections.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the parts produced and tasks completed meet the required quality standards. In case of deviations, take corrective and preventive measures to resolve and prevent the issue.
7. Deadline Compliance: Meet production and delivery deadlines.
8. Workplace Safety: Ensure safety by avoiding risky behaviors and improper use of equipment and tools.
9. Work Area Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area before, during, and after the execution of tasks.
10. Cross-Section Tasks: Perform tasks in finishing, lamination, or other sections when production requirements demand it.
11. Instruction Implementation: Follow and implement instructions received from your supervisors.
12. Team Contribution: Contribute to a motivated, productive, and disciplined team environment.
Profile and requirements:
1. Education: First degree in mechanical engineering or a related subject such as aeronautical engineering or manufacturing engineering.
2. Computer Skills: Proficiency in user-level computer tools.
3. Integration Knowledge: Understanding of integration processes.
4. Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the sector or a similar field.
5. Organizational Skills: Strong ability in organization, planning, and decision-making.
6. Goal-Oriented: Focus on achieving production targets.
7. Communication & Leadership Skills: Effective communication and leadership abilities.
8. Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
