I’m currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my client’s expanding conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled legal professional to manage a full residential property caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll handle a wide variety of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a smooth and efficient service to clients and upholding the firm’s strong reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
* Conducting title checks, property searches, and resolving any legal issues
* Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documentation
* Keeping clients updated throughout the process and maintaining accurate case records
