We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Service Manager to lead and coordinate our Aftersales Department. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest quality of service, achieving departmental profit targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Main Purpose of the Role: You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Aftersales team, including Service Advisors, Technicians, Apprentices, and the Workshop Controller. Ensuring 100% productivity and customer service excellence is at the heart of this role.
