We are looking for an exceptional UK Asset Manager who is driven, commercially minded, and highly organized—someone who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment and can take full ownership of our assets across their entire lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead external partners while ensuring that each asset performs at its highest potential.


Reports to: Chief Operating Officer


Budget: £60.000-£70.000 annually, based on experience


Ker responsibilities


* Monitor and evaluate the organization’s asset management portfolio.
* Collaborate with the CFO/COO to monitor budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients, service providers, and stakeholders.
* Lead and support outsourced operating teams and establish procedures.
* Take full accountability for tenant contract management, client management, lifecycle contract administration, and leasing activities, including attracting new tenants (organizing operator or provider selection processes, engaging brokers, defining the leasing strategy, identifying suitable clients, and negotiating contract terms)
* Contribute to redevelopment plans and resource needs.
* Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers (at a strategic level).
* Monitor the performance of outsourced providers and suggest improvements.
* Implement operational strategies that align with short- and long-term objectives.
* Oversee legal actions, lease, and occupancy rates.
* Ensure legal compliance, asset maintenance, and accurate invoicing (oversight role).
* Participate in pre-approve payments and provide updates at Board meetings.
* Approve and manage serviced charge levels.
* Negotiating the renewal of lease agreements and new agreements with potential tenants, overseeing the entire process of signing new tenants or renewing contracts for existing tenants by respecting the internal contracting flow, directly or via management company.
* Ensure the assets maintain appropriate insurance and manage claims process oversight.
* Ensure compliance with all legal requirements applicable to landlords in the UK.
* Elaborate and propose cost optimization methods and submit costs for budget approval.
* Support the acquisitions process by analyzing the properties that are coming in the portfolio, developing post-acquisition strategies, and selecting suppliers.
* Post-acquisitions operations - Taking ownership of the Project management and completion of the checklist provided by the legal team post-acquisitions and making sure that all relevant parties are engaged in order to complete each task, including updating utilities agreements with the relevant utility providers, making sure that the property is properly registered and relevant taxes are paid.
* Monitor collections and arrears management
* Performing periodic visits on site to make sure that the tenants/guests are properly maintaining the spaces and doing quality checks with regards to the services rendered by the Facility/Property Management Providers.
* Taking responsibility for obtaining, renewing and/or maintaining the necessary licenses/permits as outlined by the legal DD and making sure that all relevant providers and advisors are engaged in order to complete this aspect.
* In case of renovation – collaborate with the internal technical team and assisting on implementing the business model – making sure that the design, space usage etc are all proper from a marketing perspective.
* Take ownership of the budget preparation and business plan implementation after approval.
* Keep all relevant documentation in SharePoint accordingly per each project.
* Manage the marketing efforts of each asset as defined for each particular property – website creation, brochure drafting – liaising with marketing companies on design.
* Ensures that the company Ethics Policy is adhered to in relationships with general partners, external managers, brokers, research suppliers, and other vendors.



Desired Skills & Experience:


* At least 5 years of work experience in the real estate industry, preferably in asset management, investments, or acquisitions.
* Eligibility to work in London (valid work visa, if applicable).
* English proficiency, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
* Experience with commercial, hospitality, office, or mixed-use assets is highly desirable.
* Strong financial and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and an understanding of asset performance metrics (IRR, NOI, yield, etc.).
* Degree-qualified in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; professional real estate qualifications are an advantage.
* Proven ability to develop and implement asset strategies to maximize portfolio performance.
* Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, Top Management, and external partners.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Commercially minded, able to identify value-add opportunities and support acquisition or disposal processes.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent work ethic and attention to detail with an ability to thrive in a high-performance culture
* Willingness to travel from time to time to other countries where the group has investments
* Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Power
* Ability to multi-task, manage time and workload;
* Strong written and oral communication skills;
* Ability to work effectively under pressure;
* Strong ability to summarize complex information, present clear conclusions, and formulate concise recommendations or approval requests for management.
