We are supporting a major infrastructure partner with the appointment of an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a long‑term power framework. This is a confidential requirement, and further details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
This role will be based in Perth 3 days a week.

This role offers the chance to step into a senior commercial position on a high‑profile programme within the power sector. You'll be part of a collaborative commercial team delivering essential capital works with long‑term visibility and stability.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading commercial management across multiple work packages.
Supporting project teams with cost planning, forecasting, change control and contractual support.
Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation and performance.
Ensuring compliance with regulated‑sector governance, reporting and assurance processes.
Providing commercial insight to senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic decision‑making.What We're Looking For
Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
Background in infrastructure, utilities, power, energy, civils
Strong understanding of NEC contracts.
Confident communicator with the ability to work autonomously and influence project outcomes.
