We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Taunton branch.
Benefits include:
* Basic Salary from GBP28,809, dependent on experience.
* Holidays starting from 20 working days plus all bank holidays, increasing with service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serving customers at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and assisting both retail and trade clients.
* Building long-term relationships with local customers.
* Promoting offers and customer incentives.
* Ensuring correct parts are ordered and sent first time to reduce credits and returns.
We prefer candidates with previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience. However, if you have a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn, we are happy to provide training.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional assistance in the warehouse, such as picking or stocking products, may be required.
Knowledge of local areas and customer base would be advantageous.
