Contracts Manager → Future MD
A long-established, family-run business operating across agriculture, construction, civils and groundworks is looking for a hands-on Contracts Manager ready to take real ownership – and ultimately step into an MD role long term.
You'll be running projects across construction, civils, groundworks and agri-build, managing labour, subcontractors, plant and materials, while building strong relationships with farmers, landowners and owner-managed clients. Lead project delivery across multiple sites
* Manage resources, safety, quality and commercials
* Help drive long-term strategy and succession
Solid contracts management background (construction/civils/groundworks/agri-build)
* Strong client communication and trust-building skills
* Fully committed to being on-site / office-based
* &##80k–£110k + profit share for real performance
