Production Shift Manager Knaresborough, North Yorkshire Up to £47,000 Benefits Nights: Monday Thursday, 7:00pm 5:00am A highly regarded and well-established food manufacturing business based in Knaresborough is looking to appoint a Production Shift Manager to take full ownership of the night shift operation. This is a key leadership role within the business, offering autonomy and responsibility as the senior person on site during your shift. The Role Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the full site operation on nights. With 1 direct report, you will act as the go-to leader on site, ensuring the smooth running of all departments while maintaining the highest standards across safety, service, and quality. You will play a critical role in driving performance, improving efficiencies, and building longer-term operational plans to support business growth.
