Commercial Coordinator
* Location: Bilston
* Hours: Mon-Thu 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4:30pm (35 hours per week)
* Contract: Full-time, Permanent
* Salary: £35,000 - £38k

Day-to-Day of the Role:
* Carry out a range of commercial administrative tasks, including data creation and management using ERP and CRM systems.
* Provide hands-on support with business tenders, proposals, contract expansions, and pricing reviews.
* Assist the Commercial Team in nurturing existing client relationships and supporting new business acquisition.
* Handle commercial enquiries, arrange client meetings, and assist with query resolution.
* Maintain strong product knowledge, including features, specifications, and commercial data, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
* Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Support client aftercare, ensuring outstanding service delivery following meetings, proposals, or interactions.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows when required.
* Provide constructive feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail and strong accuracy standards.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of business processes.
* Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
* Minimum Level 2/3 in Business Administration (or equivalent).
* At least five years' experience in a similar commercial or administrative role.
