Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice for 1-2 days a week.
We are looking for a dentist to carry out mostly NHS treatment but there is a lot of scope for private work. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and comfort. You will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to provide comprehensive oral health services. UDA rate to be discussed. We have a fabulous team of dentists, nurses, receptionists and hygienists, and lovely patients. We have an Itero scanner and digital radiographs.
Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth, gums, and mouth to assess oral health.
* Diagnose dental diseases and conditions using medical imaging techniques.
* Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow within the practice.
Experience
* A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is required.
* Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for recent graduates.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
* A commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a friendly and professional manner.
