Human and Health Sciences £32,363 - £39,132 per annum Permanent 37 hours per week We are seeking to appoint an Executive Projects Manager to join the School of Human and Health Sciences at the University of Huddersfield. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-performing professional services team supporting a dynamic and growing academic school, delivering a wide range of operational, strategic and continuous improvement activities. As an Executive Projects Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting school-wide projects and initiatives, working closely with senior colleagues to ensure the effective planning, coordination and delivery of key priorities. You will manage and support a diverse portfolio of projects, contributing to areas such as service improvement, systems development, data and information management, and organisational change. The role also involves supporting working groups, coordinating meetings and events, and providing high-quality reports, briefings and analysis to inform decision-making. Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, you will have strong organisational and analytical skills, together with experience of project management or coordination within a complex environment. You will be able to demonstrate experience of planning and tracking project activity, producing reports, and supporting the delivery of process or service improvements. Excellent IT skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and SharePoint. You will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and present information clearly and concisely. A project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP) and experience within a Higher Education environment would be advantageous but not essential.
