What You'll Be Doing
Managing full-cycle recruitment across the education sector
Building relationships with schools and education leaders
Delivering high-quality matches for SEN, Primary and Secondary roles
Coordinating interviews, placements and aftercare with professionalism
Collaborating with a motivated, supportive team of consultants
Who They're Looking For
Recruitment experience required – ideally in education, but open to other fast-paced or relationship-led sectors
Confident communicator who thrives on building long-term client and candidate trust
Resilient, organised, and proactive – someone who takes pride in their performance and delivery
