About the Role
They are seeking an Account Management Co-ordinator to support account teams by delivering global sourcing and procurement activities, building strong supplier networks, and ensuring timely, compliant fulfilment of pharmaceutical products.
This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days on-site per week .
What will your job look like?
* Support the Account Management team in delivering sourcing and supply strategies
* Build, manage, and expand global sourcing and procurement networks
* Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities across international markets
* Develop strong knowledge of customers, suppliers, products, and the wider pharma supply landscape
* Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across operations and supply teams
* Source competitively priced products in line with ethical and commercial processes
* Work cross-functionally and with third parties to ensure accurate, timely order fulfilment
* Ensure full compliance with GDP, SOPs, regulatory, and contractual requirements
* Adhere to health & safety, data protection, and anti-bribery policies
* Promote continuous improvement and support wider business projects as required
What will you need to succeed?
* Ability to be on site 2–3 days per week
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational, planning, and administrative capability
* A proactive, customer-focused, and commercially aware mindset
* Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong initiative with sound problem-solving and decision-making skills
* IT-literate across standard business systems
