Your new role
The M&Emissioning Manager will lead and manage themissioning activities for all mechanical and electrical systems on a large-scale residential development in Belfast. This role ensures that all building services are tested,missioned, and handed over in accordance with project specifications, programme, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage themissioning programme in alignment with the overall construction schedule.
2. Coordinatemissioning activities across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, and other building services.
3. Liaise with design consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensuremissioning requirements are met.
4. Review and approvemissioning method statements, test plans, and inspection reports.
5. Leadmissioning meetings and produce progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ensure all systems aremissioned in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
7. Manage witnessing and handover documentation, including O&M manuals andmissioning certificates.
8. Troubleshoot and resolvemissioning issues on-site.
9. Ensure health and safetypliance during allmissioning activities.
What you'll need to succeed
10. Mechanical or Electrical Trades qualification or Degree/HND in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
11. Proven experience in MEPmissioning management on large-scale construction projects
12. Strong understanding of MEP systems and integration.
13. Excellentmunication and coordination skills.
14. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drivemissioning activities topletion.
15. Familiarity with CIBSE, BSRIA, and other relevantmissioning guidelines.
16. A full UK driving licence is essential.
