Technical Coordinator
Leeds
Up to £55,000 + bonus + benefits
I’m working with a well-established developer specialising in purpose-built care developments who are looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to support their pre-construction and
development team.
This is a great opportunity for someone currently working as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator with a PLC housebuilder who is looking to move into a developer environment with a strong pipeline of projects.
You’ll be joining a collaborative pre-construction team and supporting the coordination of technical design, consultant information and development documentation across multiple sites.
Working closely with the Head of Pre-Construction, you will:
* Support the Head of Pre-Construction (Technical) across all development-led pre-construction activity, coordinating technical information and documentation.
* Review and interpret technical reports and drawings (site investigations, surveys, ecological reports, specifications etc.) to identify risks, opportunities and technical considerations.
* Coordinate consultants and statutory bodies on matters including drainage, highways, environmental and utility requirements.
* Assist with technical reporting, contract drawings, services procurement and project planning, ensuring key milestones are achieved prior to site exchange.
* Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain quality, monitor technical obligations and support successful project delivery.
We’re keen to speak with individuals who:
* Are currently working as a Technical Coordinator / Assistant Technical Coordinator within a PLC housebuilder
* Have ideally progressed through a graduate programme, or come from an architectural or engineering background before moving into a developer environment
* Experience assisting in the coordination of multiple development projects and managing activity across several sites.
* A proactive individual who can work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
