Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting groups of children under the supervision of the teacher.
* Providing regular feedback to the class teacher and maintaining records.
* Assisting with children's personal needs, including minor first aid, and promoting health, hygiene, and well-being.
* Collaborating with teachers, parents, and caregivers to monitor progress.
* Working with children 1:1 or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
* Acting as a positive role model for students and colleagues.
What you'll need:
* Experience working with children.
* SEN experience
* A passion for supporting children's development.
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
* An enhanced child DBS (we can assist if you don't have one).
* Skills in behaviour and classroom management.
* Patience and adaptability to engage children in planned activities.
* Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
