Academic Registry Administrator £25,660 - £27,069 per annum | A minimum of 37.5 hours per week | Permanent
Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for the administration of student assessments and other processes, and servicing meetings.
* You will be involved in supporting student enrolment and graduation.
* You will work with detailed Excel spreadsheets, creating and maintaining them.
* You will complete a range of tasks including providing advice and guidance through our dedicated telephone, e‑mail and face‑to‑face support systems.
* The successful candidate will also be required to respond to requests for student information from staff and external bodies in line with the Data Protection Act.
Qualifications
* Experience of working within a busy administrative role.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
* Ability to plan, organise and complete work to deadlines and cope well under pressure.
* Attention to detail and a desire to ensure accuracy.
* Ability to work well in a team and work independently.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels.
* Previous experience of higher education.
