Opportunities are available within our Acute Assessment Unit, Acute Frailty, and Acute Respiratory Unit.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Using your clinical experience and skills, work with your team as a named nurse to maintain accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating programmes of care within the framework of team nursing.
2. Act with compassion and put patients at the centre of all you do.
3. Communicate effectively with patients and their carers regarding their care and educate patients where needed.
4. Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
5. Show commitment to developing your clinical competence and professional awareness.
6. Provide supervision, support, and education to unqualified staff and students.
7. This role requires working variable hours to meet ward needs.
8. Embrace new ways of working and advocate for patients, including speaking up when you have concerns.
