This is more than just a service role – it’s about building trust, creating relationships and delivering a seamless journey from start to finish. You’ll: Act as the key point of contact between the customer and workshop Manage customer expectations and keep them updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction About you We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You will have: Previous customer-facing experience (essential) Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive approach with the ability to meet targets and deadlines A genuine passion for delivering an excellent customer experience Experience as a Service Advisor would be an advantage, but it’s not essential – we’re more interested in your attitude, drive and commitment to customer care.
