We can communicate confidently with clients at all levels, with strong verbal and written skills. ISTQB Test Management qualification is desirable. Responsibilities: We champion the Roq values, consultant mind-set, solution framework, and QE principles. We proactively support Roqs growth by sharing positive client updates internally and externally and encouraging team participation. We perform in-depth analysis on systems or system components where required. We lead discussions with IT leadership, business stakeholders, business analysts, test engineers, technical resources, and subject matter experts to ensure appropriate testware and coverage. We design test cases and test data, track test cases against requirements, and peer review the work of other team members where required. We facilitate, manage, and oversee the design, build, and maintenance of automated test solutions using standard industry tooling. We work with Marketing and Sales to shape client workshops, RFPs, and discovery sessions from a delivery perspective. We collaborate across diverse client teams to execute all appropriate testing levels. We manage, review, create, and maintain detailed test execution schedules aligned with test estimates. We carry out structured test execution across test levels, including functional automation, exploratory, and static testing, when required. We accurately record test results and collate the appropriate test evidence. We raise, triage, manage, and retest defects. We coach and mentor team members and anyone looking to upskill. We carry out any other duties deemed necessary by the company.
