Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various dishes, ensuring that all food safety standards are met while maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in the kitchen.
Duties
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
* Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
* Ensure that all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Participate in training new kitchen staff as required.
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant setting.
* Strong culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
* Previous kitchen experience is preferred, along with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
