The successful individualwill supervise and provide personal support, following rehabilitation programmes and maximise emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.

Essential Requirements:
* Experience in supporting children with neurological disabilities or complex needs.
* Excellent communication and motivational skills.
* Ability to adapt to different settings: home, community and schools.
* Patient and calming in challenging environments.
Desirable Requirements:
* NQV Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care.
* UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle.
* Familiarity with EHCP processes and assistive tools.
