Duties:
* Act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring efficient and profitable store operations.
* Lead, motivate, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
* Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
* Manage operational standards, financial targets, and stock control.
* Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to align with brand goals.
* Represent the brand locally through events and professional networking.
Responsibilities
* Develop and support managers to ensure consistent brand experience.
* Identify training needs and create tailored development plans.
* Organise and delegate effectively to meet business needs.

* Partner with Finance on monthly P&L reviews and expense control.
* Manage health and safety compliance within the store.
* Oversee loss prevention, risk management, and stock audits.
* Ensure the team is fully trained on POS systems, cash handling, and company processes.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing a flagship or luxury boutique store.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire high-performing teams.
* Experience managing VIP clientele and delivering exceptional client experiences.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercially minded with strong analytical and organisational ability.
* Deep understanding of luxury fashion, retail trends, and client behaviour.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and brand representation.
* Fluency in a second language (preferred).
* Master’s degree or equivalent (desirable).
The role comes with a 20% annual bonus and a monthly commission based on store performance.
