Senior Commercial Account Executive – Location: Chesterfield (On site). Salary: Negotiable + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits.
Responsibilities
* Develop a personal pipeline of new business.
* Add new introducers to your network.
* Advising clients on new business quotations, coverage requirements and ultimately through to their renewals.
* Work with clients to expand and develop their coverage to ensure they have the right cover.
* Liaise with the broking and support team to ensure all documentation is accurate.
* Actively negotiate with underwriters as required to secure the best terms.
* Work in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
* Ensure income and retention targets are achieved and maintained.
* Work with the management team to achieve business objectives and support the development of colleagues.

* Solid grounding across the range of commercial insurance market.
* High level communication (verbal, written, video).

* Client‑first mindset.
* Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels, especially board level.
* Full driving licence.
