In the role you will:
* Be a member of the investment execution team
* Carry out due diligence on secondary investments
* Work on the full deal execution process from origination to completion
* Work on financial analysis, modelling, and valuation work
* Preparing fund documentation
* Portfolio management work
The successful candidate will have a background as follows:
* Associate with another private equity fund or secondaries investment firm
* Excellent deal experience
* Strong financial modelling skills
* Understanding of asset valuation techniques
* Genuinely interested in the secondaries industry
