Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
* Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
* Manage food preparation and production processes, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels to minimise waste.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices in food safety protocols.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to achieve profitability.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated team management skills.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on training and developing staff members.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
* Experience in serving customers with a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality.
* Prior experience in kitchen operations, bar or barista roles is advantageous
