Repairs Estimator

We’re looking for a Repairs Estimator to join our Scotland-based team. You’ll play a key role in identifying, quoting, and winning chargeable repair work, while building strong relationships with our valued clients.
What You’ll Do
1. Review maintenance reports and engineer notes to identify repair opportunities.
2. Create accurate, timely quotations for repairs and insurance requests.
3. Follow up with clients to ensure quotes are received and understood.
4. Convert quotes into orders by building trust and offering solutions.
5. Support admin tasks in the regional service office, including handling calls.
What We’re Looking For
6. Experience in the lift industry is a must.
7. A background in estimating or sales is highly desirable.
8. Strong communication and people skills.
9. Confident working under pressure and managing your time independently.
10. Good IT skills and attention to detail.
