Since 2011, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) has been serving the community with a wide range of social and welfare services. With over 90 programmes and services, we support individuals of all ages—children, families, seniors, and persons with disabilities—regardless of race, language, or religion. We reach more than 55,000 individuals across Singapore each year.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct assessments and provide individualised occupational therapy interventions for adult and elderly clients with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges.
* Develop personalised therapy goals and intervention plans tailored to clients' functional needs, interests, and life contexts.
* Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in centre-based, residential, or community settings.
* Provide caregiver training and advice to promote independence in daily activities.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and, where applicable, participate in case discussions to support holistic care planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
* Passion for working with adults and elderly clients in community, residential, and home-based settings.
* Experience in rehabilitation, eldercare, or disability-related settings is advantageous.
* Fresh graduates with a strong interest in adult rehabilitation are welcome to apply.
* Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, with a proactive and positive work ethic.
