CNC MachinistWatton | Full-Time | Permanent We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing engineering business to recruit a skilled CNC Machinist to join their expanding team. The Role As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components from engineering drawings. You’ll be working to tight tolerances and deadlines, with a strong emphasis on maintaining exceptional standards at all times.Key Responsibilities
* Programme, set, and operate CNC machines from technical drawings
* Manufacture components to tight tolerances and high specifications
* Ensure all work meets strict quality standards
* Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a productive workshop environment
About You
* Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
* Strong CNC and manual milling experience (essential)
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience with Hurco CNC machines
* Familiarity with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls
* CNC turning experience
Training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and foundational skills.What’s on Offer

Working Hours
