Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Head of Sales Operations to take ownership of the company’s sales operations, which include:

1. Operations & Process Management
2. Customer Data & Insights

Integrating two companies' CRM systems and processes to create a harmonized view on accounts, data, opportunities, and generating marketing insights from the combined company is a key objective.


Operations & Process Management

This entails working with the company’s billing and invoicing partners to ensure smooth and efficient processes for the order lifecycle, from creation through billing and invoicing. Part of this role involves managing and coordinating marketing operations, working with internal stakeholders to introduce a marketing automation system, currently HubSpot. Ensuring sales and marketing campaigns are driven by accurate, up-to-date data, and improving data segmentation and processes are key responsibilities.


Customer Data & Insights

This involves managing the rollout, usage, and adoption of the CRM system (HubSpot) across sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Responsibilities include creating business metrics and KPIs, utilizing data analytics like client usage statistics to inform sales follow-up actions.


Job Requirements


Skills And Experience

* Experience in driving business performance transformation through data/database strategy
* Deep understanding of HubSpot and marketing automation systems
* Experience managing teams across different jurisdictions
* Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
* Experience in data mining, list building, and data management
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder buy-in
* Experience in building and managing teams as the role expands
* Attention to detail


Key Responsibilities

* Lead the company’s data and CRM strategy for the combined business
* Support sales and marketing in optimizing CRM data and research
* Collaborate with finance to develop forecasting and reporting processes
* Manage contacts and leads within the CRM, ensuring data accuracy
* Streamline order and invoice management processes
* Implement a full-cycle sales order system from entry to billing
* Create processes for managing renewals (SWOT analysis)
* Develop CRM campaigns such as win-back and reactivation
* Establish reporting practices for campaign analysis and lead funnel metrics
* Create and maintain dashboards for sales, marketing, and team-specific KPIs
