Marketing Manager – Hybrid | Worcestershire
£45,000 – £55,000 DOE
On behalf of our client, a growing B2B tech/SaaS business
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their expanding team based in Worcestershire. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Head of Marketing and offers the opportunity to be part of a pivotal stage of growth, as the business transitions its marketing function fully in-house.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for a well-rounded B2B marketing generalist with experience in the tech or SaaS space. You’ll drive lead generation, own end-to-end campaign delivery, manage day-to-day marketing operations, and mentor a marketing apprentice — all within a collaborative, commercially driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals
2. Lead campaign planning, delivery, optimisation, and performance reporting
3. Drive demand and lead generation across digital and traditional channels
4. Manage and support the development of a marketing apprentice
5. Take ownership of marketing platforms including HubSpot, Google Analytics 4
