Job Description
3. Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat
4. Delivering excellent customer service to both English and French speaking clients
5. Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing knowledgeable solutions
6. Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
7. Processing customer orders in a timely manner
8. Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes
9. Maintaining accurate customer records
10. Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions
The Successful Applicant
A successful French-speaking Customer Service Advisor should have:
11. Proficiency in both French and English languages
12. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Good problem-solving abilities
15. Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
16. Computer literacy, especially in CRM systems and MS Office
