Position Overview: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to architect and execute our strategic technology roadmap. As part of the executive leadership team, the CTO will be instrumental in building and scaling the IT software services and solutions business unit Genesis DIGITECH into a cutting-edge, commercially vibrant growth engine.
This role demands a technology evangelist and business builder with deep expertise business development, techno commercial expertise, software development, platform architecture, team leadership, strategies to expand the business unit. You will lead cross-functional teams, define robust go-to-market strategies, and foster innovation through advanced digital transformation, AI/BI integration, and agile delivery models.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive the enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned with commercial and business objectives across IT Services and Software business units.
• Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native software solutions powered by AI, ML, and BI analytics.
• Build and scale high-performing agile engineering teams, development centers, and innovation hubs.
• Lead techno-commercial pursuits—developing P&L-focused product roadmaps, solution architecture, RFP/RFI responses, and strategic client engagements.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives leveraging automation, platform engineering, and intelligent service integration.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to unlock growth opportunities across global markets.
• Evaluate, adopt, and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics, and IoT into core offerings.
• Ensure enterprise-level security, compliance, and quality standards in technology implementations and operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience
• Proven track record years) in a senior technology leadership role, Sales/Business development, ideally in IT solution and services, Telecom, or Software services environments.
• Strong experience in scaling technology functions from the ground up—team building, architecture design, and solution deployment.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture, full-stack development, DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and SaaS models, Cybersecurity, Website, Digital marketing, Power BI and Data analytics.
• Demonstrable success in managing complex, multi-million-pound technology programs across geographies.
• Commercial acumen and techno-strategic mindset with experience in business development and revenue growth.
• Advanced expertise in integrating AI/ML, BI dashboards, automation tools, and APIs into legacy and greenfield systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Prior experience in the telecom domain or IT infrastructure services is highly desirable.
