Join the University of Oxford’s Capital Projects Team and lead the delivery of complex, multi-site construction projects that shape the future of one of the world’s most prestigious institutions.
Location: Estate Services, South Parks Road, Oxford, OX1 3QD
Salary: £55,636 - £64,228 per annum with a discretionary range to £70,029 (depending on skills and experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Role
You will manage external consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to programme, to budget, and in line with statutory and University requirements. You will be joining a forward-thinking team during an exciting time of growth, with development opportunities.
About You
* A degree in construction, or a related field, and professional membership.
* Strong experience managing capital construction projects in live, operational environments.
* Sound knowledge of UK building regulations, CDM 2015, the Building Safety Act 2022, and statutory compliance across all project stages.
* Proven ability to manage consultants and contractors while balancing stakeholder needs across complex sites.
* A hands-on, solutions-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
