Job Overview
As Marketing & Merchandising Specialist for Amazon Fresh UK, you will own the end‑to‑end execution of online merchandising across Amazons grocery store. You will drive best‑in‑class customer experience, strong engagement and topline performance, through effective showcasing of selection and product discoverability aligned to marketing campaigns.
This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a high‑growth, fast‑moving grocery business at scale, with direct impact on how customers discover and shop for groceries online. You will work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Vendor Managers, Brand Specialists, and central teams to deliver a compelling, commercially effective online store.

Key Job Responsibilities
* Own the planning and execution of UK online merchandising, ensuring the website reflects trading priorities, marketing campaigns and delivers against commercial targets.
* Act as the UK subject‑matter expert within the EU Merchandising and Trade Planning team, managing stakeholder relationships and aligning on priorities.
* Partner with Vendor Managers and Brand Specialists to develop and execute merchandising packages that drive customer engagement and revenue.
* Monitor and analyse merchandising performance, using data to identify opportunities and optimise execution.
* Contribute to the development of the UK trade calendar, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all merchandising activity.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
* Experience in stakeholder and communication management.
* Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges.
* Experience in e‑commerce, retail or advertising.
* Experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate, or experience assessing industry talent and trends.
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal, etc.
