Site Assessor – Electrical
Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Site Assessor – Electrical to join the Apprenticeships team at our Slough & Langley College campus on a full-time, permanent basis. Based out of our Slough & Langley campus, this hybrid role offers significant flexibility as you will spend most of your time on the road, managing your own travel and site-visit schedule.
We're seeking a dedicated Site Assessor - Electrical to manage and mentor a dynamic caseload of apprentices within our Electrical Apprenticeship Programme. This full-time, permanent role involves providing essential skills coaching and mentoring to help apprentices excel in their end-point assessments. You will manage a caseload of apprentices, carrying out visits and formative assessments in the workplace (on-site) to progress towards a successful gateway. While this role offers a degree of flexibility through remote working for administrative tasks and planning, regular travel is required. You will conduct frequent on-site visits across the region to support our apprentices and maintain strong relationships with partner employers. Your physical presence in the workplace is vital to their success.
