Due to exciting expansion plans, Prosper Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estates Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our expanding estate portfolio. This is a newly created and vital leadership role reporting to the Financial Controller and working as part of our Capital Projects Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Prosper's existing and future properties - both owned and leased - are appropriate, compliant, well-maintained and aligned with the evolving needs of the organisation and the people we support.
Salary Scale: €55,557- €72,222 (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities: (A copy of the Job Description is available upon request)
* Manage Prosper's property portfolio, including site acquisitions, leases, capital projects and ongoing maintenance.
* Identifying suitable properties / estates in identified growth areas;
* Act as the primary liaison with essential stakeholders on property-related financial arrangements, including loans, grants, CAS funding, valuations and business cases.
* Support and project manage estate developments, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Accessibility and relevant legislation.
* Prepare reports and updates for internal leadership and external bodies as required.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver Prosper's Annual Capital Works Plan and ensure alignment with sustainability goals.
* Monitor and manage estate capital budgets, ensuring prioritisation and cost-effective use of resources.
* Ensure public procurement compliance and maintain strong supplier and contractor relationships.
* Lead out on risk identification to ensure risk register reflects same.
Desirable:
Experience in the charity, healthcare, or social care sectors.
Full clean driving licence
