Job Description:
The Systems Analyst position requires strong technical, analytical, and excellent customer service skills and would be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, deploying, installing and configuring hardware. The Systems Analyst will:
* Develop skills related to Microsoft Office 365 Suite included but not limited to Office Suite, SharePoint, One Drive and Mircosoft Teams.
* Active knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager
* Experience deploying and configuring Microsoft Windows 11
* Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software
* Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
* Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
* Providing remote technical support over the phone or using remote tools
* Assist with inventory management and maintenance
* Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
* Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
* Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
* Flexibility with schedule to help support after-hour meetings and other scheduled events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field and three years of programming, system analysis, or work experience related to area of assignment or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Current non-expired Microsoft Certification in Windows Server or CompTIA A+ or be able to obtain within 1 year of employment preferred. Significant preference given to those with multiple skillsets and proven experience within the Microsoft and Application Integration disciplines. Must reside in Wyandotte County or relocate into the county within 12 months.
Salary Range:
$26.74-$35.76/hr.
